Yesterday is behind us. It is gone.
Today is NOW.
Tomorrow is in front of us. It did not happen yet.
The only way to enjoy the present moment is to live neither in the past nor in the future but now.
How to Practice Moment Awareness:
– Act to better yourself as thoughts are not sufficient;
-Savour the present moment as it prevents from worrying about the future;
-Inhabit the present to better your relationships with yourself and others;
-Losing track of time is the best way to make time;
-Take care of anything that worries you and accept these emerging emotions;
-Acknowledge that you cannot know everything.
