Simply with mindfulness. And a lot of motivation and willpower.

We often do actions on autopilot.
By integrating mindfulness in our life, we instill new habits, we take control of who we are and better ourselves.

Positive changes in our life transform us and make us grow.

Meditation is a positive habit as it increases clarity of mind and self-awareness.

When we meditate we create space for calmness which allows us to think with more clarity and make better decisions.

The best way to keep up with the positive habits that are important to you is simply to surround yourself with people who live the way you want to live.

Commit to breaking those negative habits despite your body’s desire to live in autopilot!

Pranayama (breath) exercise: inhale for 5 seconds, hold the breath for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds.

Repeat for a few minutes (up to 11 minutes).

Mantra: Ong namo guru dev namo “I bow to the divine creative consciousness within, I bow to the teacher within”. Repeat 3 times.

Namaste.
